 No Refunds After Work Begins

All payments made for our services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
“Work commenced” includes any of the following:

Initial project discussions and requirement gathering

Concept design or layout creation

Domain or hosting setup (if included)

Any part of the deliverables being prepared


Refund Eligibility (Before Work Starts)

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial payment only if work has not yet begun.

Refunds requested beyond this window or after work has started will not be eligible, regardless of project status.


No Refunds for Digital Deliverables

Due to the customized nature of digital services (including websites, logos, SEO work, etc.), we do not offer refunds for any completed or partially completed services.


 Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

In rare cases where:

The service was not delivered at all

You did not receive what was agreed upon

You may contact us to request a manual review. If the issue is valid, we may offer a partial or full refund, at our sole discretion.
